The current developments underway in Samrand include The Point Business Park, Sterling Industrial Park and Samrand Circle. The Point Business Park
Centrally located between Johannesburg and Pretoria, The Point Business Park is an ideal option when considering new warehouse space for rent. With 19 new Gautrain stations planned for the next phases of the Gautrain expansion project, one has been earmarked to be developed in Samrand. The new station will assist in connecting passengers to O R Tambo International Airport, the Sandton CBD and eventually as far as Mamelodi and Roodepoort.
