The screenshot has no column headers, so I’ve assumed 51 is the parking allocation (about 6.1 bays per 100m², which is generous but plausible here). Which bays are R660 and which are R1 100, and how is the 51 split? Once I have that, the parking line becomes a firm number. For example, if every bay were R1 100, parking alone would add R56 100 per month, so tenants will want the split upfront. An availability date would finish it off.
