The Mount Edgecombe Industrial precinct has given birth to this new mini-unit industrial park.The park will offer 800-2000 square metre warehouses to let in Mount Edgecombe. The design is informed by a very conscious decision to separate the functions and thereby maintain very clear links for people and vehicles. The functionality of the warehouses, the movement of trucks and industrial processes was kept separate to that of the office links.
