When moving in to Corobay Corner, tenants will receive a generous tenant installation allowance and beneficial occupation period from the landlord as contribution toward the customization of their new offices in Menlyn.
On a 3 Year Lease the landlord will contribute R450.00 p/m2 which comes to R105 700.00 ex VAT.
