Brickfield Canvas is the new A-grade, which was developed in the latter part of 2020 with 4 star green rated offices available to rent in the heart of Woodstock. This highly efficient building uses an energy saving model called TABS (Thernally Activated Building Structure), to heat and cool the building, through the mass of the building structure itself. Comfortable conditions are maintained throughout the building through the heating and cooling of water inside the pipework of the structure, reducing the excessive use of air conditioning and heaters. There is also a back up generator and borehole for business continuity. The premises has 24/7 CCTV and armed response as well as highly secure manned access control. On-site facilities include a gym, food trucks, coffee shop with chill area, shared boardroom and meeting rooms, as well as an eco car wash, to name a few. Gross rental includes rates and CID levies, fast WiFi throughout building and back up generator costs.
